Sri Lanka Squash (www.srilankasquash.lk) has teamed up with Islands renowned isotonic energy drink manufacturer, Yeti as their ‘Official isotonic sports drink partner,’ at a function held on 6th July 2021 at Yeti Head Office in Colombo 01.
 
Addressing at the gathering Dr Dilshan Balasuriya said that “In our quest to support the sportsmen and women to optimize their talent we are excited to partner with Sri Lanka National Squash team”.
 
Speaking about the partnership the President Sri Lanka Squash, Suren Kohombange said: “SLS is delighted to be teaming up with Yeti a Sri Lankan brand as our sports drink partner. SLS squash is on an ambitious plan to popularize the sport in Sri Lanka, and I believe that partnering a brand like Yeti as a long-term exercise will benefit both parties immensely.”
 
SL Squash Secretary Eranga Alwis added “I believe that our sports men and women will welcome this partnership and Yeti’s association with our players in both local and international tournaments will be a big boost for us”
 
As part of the partnership, the national squash team will have access to the elite Yeti portfolio of sports isotonic products.
 
Inspired by functional drinks Dr Dilshan Balasuriya a graduate from University of Cambridge created the formula of Yeti with the technical support from German sports specialist. Yeti is scientifically formulated to help meet the hydration and fueling needs of sports men and women which help them get the most out of their performance. Yeti Isotonic has been approved by the Sri Lankan Health Ministry and Sri Lanka Sports Ministry.
