🔹 Rankings will be based on the average of a player’s best 4 tournament results over a rolling 12-month period ( When more than four tournaments are played, only the best four results from the most recent six tournaments are considered), rewarding consistent performance.

🔹 Tournaments will be classified as:
* Tier A – Junior Nationals & Senior Nationals
* Tier B – All other National Ranking Tournaments

🔹 Rankings will be updated every two months and maintained separately for Junior, Senior, and Masters categories.

🔹 From 1 January 2026, ranking points will be awarded up to 16th place in all age groups.

This new system ensures greater fairness, transparency, and alignment with international best practices, strengthening Sri Lanka’s competitive squash pathway.
